It's not hard being a food cricket! Our main goal is to help introduce people to some of the best independent and local restaurants, in order to get them away from the big chains. Food should be fun, unique and delicious, and that is what we are after!

Review for Ken's Pizza!
Ken's Pizza is a local landmark in the town of Sapulpa and was once part of a larger chain. We decided to check it out!
Taste-Good, thin crust pizza. Sauce is very unique. Cheese and toppings are piled on. Crust is crispy.
Taste-The pizza was tasty but, of course, the best options aren't really on the buffet, like the deep dish pizzas.
Atmosphere-Has looked about the same since I was a kid. Same newspapers framed on the wall. Same booth layout. Same curved windows. Not that that's a bad thing. It reminds me of simpler times.
Atmosphere-The atmosphere is cozy and warm with wood paneling and orange cushions. Plus, I remember eating there as a child, so it brings back memories.
Service-It's a buffet. She brought drinks and refilled them when needed. Nice and friendly.
Service-It was a buffet. so it was primarily self-serve.
Value-Amazingly cheap for the quality of pizza on the buffet. Less than $10 for buffet and a drink.
Value-While it is a small buffet, it is all you can eat and very cheap. Five people for under $50.
Uniqueness-Nothing earthshaking here. Standard pizza varieties. Pretty basic pasta, dessert and salad.
Uniqueness-Ken's does have good spicy red sauce and tasty crunchy deep-dish dough.
Variety-Pizza is the name of the game here, but that's to be expected. Vegetarians can eat good here too.
Variety-Ken's has the typical variety for a pizza joint. Pizza, salads, pastas, and appetizers.
Cleanliness-Fairly clean. No real problem areas, but has definitely seen better days. Just needs a little TLC.
Cleanliness-It looked clean to me.
Sides/Drinks/Dessert-Cheesy bread was cheesy and delicious. Breadsticks are addictive, pasta is surprisingly good for buffet pasta.
Sides/Beverages/Desserts-I tasted the cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks. They were pretty good. Simple, but good.
Story-Ken's was originally connected to Mazzio's Pizza, a fairly large regional pizza chain, but Ken's has been independently operated for a long time. Now, there are almost no similarities. It is one of the last Ken's locations left and has become a landmark in Sapulpa.
Story-Ken's used to be a bigger chain, but now there are very few. Ken's and Mazzio's were started by the same person.
Presentation-Buffet is a little crowded and hard to reach sometimes. Food looks good, but not presented any special way. It is a buffet after all.
Presentation-It's a buffet so it ain't fancy, but it's good.
